I started CrossFit in 2016 in Orlando. I was looking to try something new and fell in love with it from day one.
3. Favorite movement and or workout.
My favorite movements are deadlifts and rowing. My favorite workouts are Grace and Fight Gone Bad.
4. Random fact about yourself.
My favorite Disney movie is the Lion King. I've ran 6 half marathons and 1 full marathon. I refer to a water fountain as a bubbler.
