2. How long you’ve been doing CF/ how you got started. Since 2013. My high school football coach introduced me to CrossFit during my senior year. Once our season was over I joined the local box and the rest is history.

My favorite movement is the snatch and my favorite workout is Jackie!
4. Random fact about yourself.
I have a 3 year old golden retriever and I'm obsessed with anything space related.
